GENERAL.

The following terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are valid between you and Untamed Street LTD (Reg. No.14302607) (“Untamed Street” or “us” or “we”) and apply to all use of and orders placed through Untamed Street website www.untamedstreet.com (the “Website”), and to all orders made by telephone, e-mail or by live chat with Untamed Street’s Customer Care team. Untamed Street reserves the right to revise the Terms and Conditions at any time. Each purchase is subject to the Terms and Conditions in the version applicable at the date of submitting the order. You should keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions for future reference.

PLACING AN ORDER.

By using the Website and/or placing an order on the Website, by telephone, e-mail or by live chat you confirm that you have read and that you accept these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. Before you place your order, you will be given the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided, the total price of your order. Please note that products in your shopping bag may be purchased by other customers until you have placed the order at checkout and received the order confirmation email. If prolonged inactivity causes your connection to the Website to fail, your selection of products may be lost. In such case, you will be required to re-enter your selection of products to the shopping bag.

ORDER CONFIRMATION.

After submitting your order, we will send you an e-mail with your order number, details of the product or products you have ordered, your payment details and delivery details. Please note that such e-mail is an acknowledgement that we have received your order, not an acceptance of it.

Once the order has been processed, an order confirmation e-mail the “Order Confirmation” will be sent to you. The Order Confirmation is our acceptance of your order.

Please note that all orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may, at our discretion, choose not to accept your order for any reason whatsoever without any liability to you. If we have received payment for a rejected order already, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Untamed Street does not guarantee that all products displayed on the Website are in stock at the time of acceptance of your order. If a product is unavailable, we will contact you in due time, by phone or by e-mail. If we have received payment for such product already, we will refund you the amount of the purchase.

Refunds shall be made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.

COLOURS.

Untamed Street’s goal is to describe the products on the Website as correctly as possible. However, please note that due to the colour settings of your computer, as well light reflections during photoshoots, the colours of the products shown in the pictures on the Website can differ somewhat from their actual colours. Untamed Street cannot be held responsible for any such discrepancy.

PRICES.

The prices and delivery costs shown on the Website include VAT for the jurisdictions where it applies. The prices shown on the Website may vary from time to time and Untamed Street is not bound by the price until the order has been accepted by us and you have received our Order Confirmation. If you have placed an order and the price has changed before we have accepted your order, we will notify you by e-mail about the price change and give you the option to confirm your order with the new price or cancel the order. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be cancelled. Please also note that we may not accept an order or revoke the acceptance of any order under the condition that you realise or should have realised that the price information was incorrect. The delivery costs are shown in connection with the shipping methods at the checkout stage.

PAYMENTS.

The following payments methods are accepted:  Visa, Visa Debit, AMEX, AMEX Debit, MasterCard, MasterCard Debit, PayPal and AmazonPay.

Purchases paid with Visa and Mastercard are verified by a secure code. Please note that your card is debited with the purchase amount once the order is dispatched. We do our best to make the Website as secure as possible. All credit/debit card transactions on the Website are processed using Shopify and Paypal payment systems, which are both secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in secure host environments. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to Untamed Street, your order will be cancelled. We are not responsible for any charges or penalties which may be imposed by the payment provider as result of payment being processed in respect of your order.

When selecting the PayPal option, you will be directed to the PayPal site to “Log In” and review the amount shown before clicking “Pay Now”. Once this transaction is complete, you will be redirected to the Website.

GLOBAL-E.

All transactions in currency other than GBP are made through the Global-e Checkout facility, and from, Globale U.K. Limited (referred to as "Global-e" or "GE").

By visiting the Checkout, placing an Order (both as defined below) through the Checkout, you signify your agreement to the Terms of Sale and GE Privacy Notice (together, "GE Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Checkout or place an Order in any way. These Terms define our legal relationship with you regarding the Checkout and the placement of Orders for purchase of Merchandise in all currencies other than GBP.

Global-e has entered into agreement with UNTAMED STREET, to make the our merchandise available to you for purchase from, and delivered by, Global-e ("Merchandise"). This allows you to buy such Merchandise from Global- e in your local currency and at a price that includes any applicable sales taxes (such as VAT), plus international delivery costs and fees (“Delivery Costs") and, if available for pre-payment, any import duties, tariffs and similar fees that may be imposed by the delivery destination ("Import Charges"). By placing an order via the Checkout ("Order"), you acknowledge that the seller is Global-e and not UNTAMED STREET, and that upon successful verification by Global-e of your Order and payment information, Global- e will buy the Merchandise from UNTAMED STREET and resell it to you in accordance with these Terms.

EXCHANGE RATE

Exchange rates may be set and updated regularly, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect Merchandise pricing on the Checkout. You will be charged according to the applicable exchange rate at the time you actually make your Order via the Checkout as displayed on the Checkout. 

DELIVERY.

SHIPPING METHODS - We offer different shipping methods to meet your needs, as further specified when you check out. Dispatch of orders may take up to 7 business days but we aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during weekdays, or 1-2 business days during sales periods. The delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation and/or on the part of the shipping company. If Untamed Street fails to deliver within 30 days, you have the right to cancel the purchase.

Your order will be delivered by one of our carriers to the shipping address you have indicated when placing your order. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you an email detailing the courier and the tracking number. You will be able to use this number to track your order.

FIRST TIME ORDER POLICY.

For security purposes, Untamed Street reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder's verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order.

RETURNS.

You are entitled to return any product you have purchased from us within 14 days from the day on which you have, or a third person designated by you (other than the carrier) has received, the relevant product, and we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you in connection to the returned product. In order to exercise your right of revocation, you must timely inform us at care@untamedstreet.com or +44 207-157-9676 (UK local number).

The product must be returned in its original conditions, including original packaging: shoe box, dust bags and the brand's leaflet.

We are entitled to refuse any returns shipped back to us after the expiration of the above 14 day term.  We are also entitled to refuse any return of products that are not returned to us in their original conditions.

Repayments we will be made using the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed with you otherwise.

Please note that Untamed Street does not accept returns of sale products or returns of any products belonging to the “less than perfect” category.

EXCHANGES.

Purchased products are exchangeable into a different size with no extra costs, based on stock availability. Purchased products are exchangeable into a different product; in such case, we will charge or refund you any price differences. For such additional charge or repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you have used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed with you otherwise.

We are entitled to refuse any exchange until we have recovered the product and checked that this is returned in its original conditions, including original packaging, which includes the shoe box, the dust bags and the brand's leaflet.

Please note that sale products and products belonging to the “less than perfect” category are non-exchangeable.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNING PRODUCTS.

We offer free returns in selected destinations. For all other destinations, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and insurance costs for returning the unwanted or exchanged product. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the unwanted product is returned safely to us.

RETURNING THE PRODUCTS.

Follow the following process : (1) contact our Customer Service team at care@untamedstreet.com or +44 207-157-9676 (UK local number) to initiate a return or exchange, (2) place the product and its original packaging, which includes the shoe box, the dust bags and the brand's leaflet in the original shipping box, or any other solid carton box, (3) close the box and tape it securely, (4) place the return information label and the already paid return shipping label (where provided) on the box over the prior delivery information, (5) return the item at any Royal Mail post office (UK only) or using the carrier identified by the customer care team (international).

You can opt to return the item at your expenses using a carrier of your choice. In these instances, it is your responsibility to ensure the products are protected and insured (international) during transit.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.

If you receive a defective product, please notify us immediately. You are entitled to complain about defective products within 30 days from delivery. However, you must always notify Untamed Street within a reasonable time after you have detected that the product is defective. If we consider the products to be defective, we will make a full refund including return costs.

DISCOUNT CODES.

Discount codes are not cumulative and do not apply to 'Before They Go' items and any other product already discounted.

Our online store is powered and securely hosted by Shopify, which is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant offering a secure and safe shopping experience. Untamed Street online shop secures communications by encrypting all data to and from the site. For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database.

RESALE POLICY.

You may purchase products on www.untamedstreet.com for personal use only and not for resale. By placing an order on www.untamedstreet.com, you certify that you are purchasing products for your own personal use and not for resale and that you accept the Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to refuse orders for any reason without explanation.

INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE.

Untamed Street cannot promise that the content of the site is free of inaccuracies or typographical errors. Neither can we guarantee that all information is up-to-date. Untamed Street may, at any time, amend the content of the site. Although Untamed Street strives to display the correct texts, images and pricing on the site and online shop, errors may occur. Part of the services provided through the site are provided by third party operators. In situations where Untamed Street acts as agent for such services, we cannot be held responsible for any errors resulting from their activities. LIABILITY.

Any damage liability of Untamed Street. Exempted from this exclusion are claims of the customer related to damages to health, body and mind, or damages resulting from a violation of material contractual obligations (cardinal duties), as well as the liability for other damages which are based on intent or gross negligence of Untamed Street and its representatives. Material contractual obligations are obligations which are precondition to the successful performance of the contract and on the observation of which the customer can legitimately rely. In the event of a violation of material contractual obligations, Untamed Street’s liability is limited to the foreseeable and typical damage if such damage has been caused slightly negligent, unless a damage to health, body and mind is concerned. The limitations set forth above also apply for the benefit of the representatives of Untamed Street if claims are made directly against them. Untamed Street assumes no liability in case of force majeure such as war, civil war, revolution, riot, governmental measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters or similar events. In case of force majeure, Untamed Street’ obligations will be suspended. The contract between you and Untamed Street can, in such cases, be partially or fully terminated by yourself or by Untamed Street.

PROVISIONS SEVERABILITY.

If any part of these Terms and Conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable, such determination shall not invalidate any other provision of these Terms and Conditions; instead the invalid terms and conditions shall be replaced with other terms in order to give effect to the commercial intentions of these Terms and Conditions.

GOVERNING LAW.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
