Products in their original conditions and including the original packaging can be returned within 14 days from receipt. We recommend that you check if your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition. Unfortunately if the shoes have been worn outdoors or indoor on rough surfaces or are otherwise damaged, the product is not eligible for return or exchange.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including shoe box and dust bags to avoid incurring in deductions to your refund.


Returns are FREE in certain geographies if initiated within 14 days from receipt of the product. A £30 admin fee applies to late returns. Returns initiated after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted.

We currently offer FREE returns and FREE exchanges to customers from :

(i) AMERICAS: United States, Canada, Mexico.

(ii) EUROPE: UK, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria, Russia, Ukraine and many more destinations.

(iii) ASIA PACIFIC: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Mainland China.

Unlike other companies, we have a solution that allow us to refund duties and taxes in the event of a return.

Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact to receive a free return label from Royal Mail (UK) or DHL Express (International) that should be used to ship back the unwanted product. To avoid incurring in deductions to your refund please ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected to avoid damage in transit.


Each customer is entitled to two FREE returns without purchase. In order to discourage abuse we apply a £40 admin fee to the third return from the same customer's address in the event of no purchase.


For all destinations not previously listed, please contact us via email at before you return the product to communicate your intention to return or exchange the product. You can elect to use our 'easy' return solution but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Should you decide to use an alternative carrier, you should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the unwanted items are returned safely. To avoid incurring in deductions to your refund please ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected to avoid damage in transit.


Refunds and exchanges may take up to 5 days to process. All returned items will undergo a rigorous quality check. Once your goods are deemed to be in perfect condition, new, unused and with the original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm whether the return is eligible for the relevant refund. If our inspections confirm that the product has been returned in its original conditions (including packaging), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are only able to refund the card/payment method originally used for the purchase and it may take up to 5-10 days, from the date of refund, to appear on your statement/in your account – dependent on your card/payment issuer.
