RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Products in their original conditions and including the original packaging can be returned within 14 days from receipt. We recommend that you check if your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpet before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition. Unfortunately if the shoes have been worn outdoors or are otherwise damaged, the product is not eligible for return.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, including shoe box, dust bags and brand leaflet to avoid incurring in deductions to your refund.

FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - UK ONLY.

We currently offer free returns and exchanges on UK deliveries. Should you wish to return or exchange your order, please contact care@untamedstreet.com to receive a free return label from Royal Mail that should be used to ship back the unwanted product. Please ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected to avoid damage in transit.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - INTERNATIONAL

For all non UK destinations, please contact us via email at care@untamedstreet.com before you return the product to communicate your intention to return or exchange the product. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider using a trackable shipping service to ensure the unwanted items are returned safely. Please ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected to avoid damage in transit.

FINAL SALE ITEMS.

Products sold at discount from the 'before they go' (which includes 'last pair' and 'less than perfect') section are final sale items and are not eligible for return. For 'less than perfect' items, our Customer Care team will send you pictures of the specific pair so you can confirm/cancel the order prior to shipment.

REFUNDS.

All returned items will undergo a rigorous quality check. Once your goods are deemed to be in perfect condition, new, unused and with the original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm whether the return is eligible for the relevant refund. If our inspections confirm that the product has been returned in its original conditions (including packaging), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We are only able to refund the card/payment method originally used for the purchase and it may take up to 10 days, from the date of refund, to appear on your statement/in your account – dependent on your card/payment issuer.

Please note that we do not refund costs incurred by the customer for custom an duties or for shipping back the item from non UK destinations.
