We only accept returns and exchanges for products in their original conditions. If the shoes have been worn or otherwise damaged, the product is not eligible for return. We recommend that you check if your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition.
Returns are FREE in most geographies if shipped back to us within 14 days from receipt of the product. A 10% re-stocking fee applies to late returns. Returns shipped back to us after 30 days from purchase will not be accepted. Please contact our Customer Care team to obtain a free return label.

Our shoes are handmade in Italy through small artisans' workshops, so our productions are quite small and tend to go out of stock fast, frequently before the stock even arrives at our warehouse in London. It is not customary in the footwear industry to offer repair services, as it is far more cost effective for the customer to have their shoes repaired by a local cobbler. Don't worry though, if taken care of, your shoes will last you for many years without requiring any repair service.
We do not offer resoling services. We proud ourselves for using some of the best leather and rubber outsoles, which are sturdy and incredibly durable. It will be many years before you have to look for a cobbler.
Yes, all of our sneakers, shoes and boots are all rigorously Made in Italy by skilled artisans working in family owned workshops. We actually take made in Italy one step further. Soles, leather, and even our shoe boxes and cotton dust bags are sourced in the immediate region surrounding our manufacturers in the medieval town of Montegranaro, Marche.
We have chosen the direct-to-consumer approach, selling directly to you, without middlemen and the significant costs involved with traditional retail.
