GENERAL.
The following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply between you and Untamed Street LTD (company number 16940247) (“Untamed Street”, “we”, “us”) and govern your use of and purchases made through the website www.untamedstreet.com (the “Website”), as well as any orders placed by telephone, email or live chat with our Customer Care team.
Untamed Street reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version applicable to your purchase will be the one available when you place your order. We recommend that you retain a copy for your records.
By using the Website and/or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and Conditions, and you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
PLACING AN ORDER.
Before submitting your order, you will have the opportunity to review your selections, the information you have provided and the total price of your order.
Products in your shopping bag are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers until your order has been completed and confirmed. If your session expires due to inactivity, your selected products may be lost, and you may need to re-enter them.
ORDER CONFIRMATION.
All orders are subject to acceptance. After submitting an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt. This email does not constitute acceptance.
Acceptance of your order takes place when we send you a further email confirming that your order has been processed (“Order Confirmation”).
If a product you ordered is no longer in stock when your order is accepted, we will contact you promptly by phone and/or email. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded using the original payment method.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to acceptance in cases including, but not limited to, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If payment has already been taken, it will be refunded using the original payment method.
PRODUCT INFORMATION.
We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to lighting conditions and screen settings. We cannot guarantee that your device accurately reflects the true colour of products, although this does not affect your statutory right to receive goods that match their description or your right of return.
PRICES.
Prices shown on the Website include VAT where applicable. Prices and delivery costs may change from time to time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
If you placed an order and the price was incorrectly displayed before we accepted it, we will contact you and offer you the option to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, the order will be cancelled and any payment refunded.
PAYMENT.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
All transactions are processed via secure payment providers. Your card will be charged when your order is dispatched. We do not store payment details.
All payments are subject to authorisation by your card issuer. If authorisation is refused, the order will be cancelled.
AFFILIATED ENTITIES: GLOBAL-E.
Orders may be fulfilled and shipped by affiliated entities within the Untamed Street group.
For certain international (non-UK) orders, transactions may be processed by Global-e U.K. Limited (“Global-e”). By placing an order in a currency other than GBP, you agree to the Global-e Terms of Sale and acknowledge the Global-e Privacy Policy.
In such cases, Global-e acts as the merchant of record for payment and billing purposes. Untamed Street remains responsible for product quality, customer support, returns and after-sales service.
EXCHANGE RATES.
Exchange rates are determined at the time of purchase and may fluctuate. The price displayed at checkout is the final price you will be charged.
DELIVERY.
We offer various shipping options displayed at checkout.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days, although dispatch may take up to 7 business days during busy periods. Delivery times may vary depending on location and courier performance.
If delivery is not completed within 14 days, you have the right to cancel your order.
RETURNS.
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your product. Any return requests initiated after this 14-day period will not be accepted.
To maintain a sustainable shopping experience, our complimentary shipping and return services are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Free returns are restricted to a maximum of two separate orders that result in no purchase (i.e., returning all items). If a pattern of abuse is identified, specifically where a customer places three (3) consecutive orders resulting in a 100% return rate with no items kept, the complimentary/subsidised nature of our delivery and return services is revoked for that third order. Consequently, a flat 10% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount of the third consecutive return. This deduction is not a penalty; it is an upfront operational charge intended solely to recover the actual outbound shipping, inbound return shipping, and administrative processing costs incurred in these transactions.
To be eligible for a return and full refund, all items must be returned in their original, unaltered condition, including packaging (shoe box, dust bags and inserts).
Note: We highly recommend trying on footwear on a carpeted surface to prevent scuffing. Items returned with visible signs of wear, damage, or missing original packaging may be rejected or subject to a partial refund deduction.
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.
EXCHANGES.
Products may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability. Exchanges for different products are also possible, with any price difference charged or refunded accordingly. All exchange requests are subject to the same eligibility and product condition requirements outlined in the "RETURNS" section above. Items showing signs of wear or missing original packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
RETURN SHIPPING.
Free returns are available in selected destinations as specified in our return policy. For other destinations, return shipping and insurance costs are your responsibility and must be booked and processed through our authorised return portal to ensure compliant customs clearance.
RETURN PROCESS.
To ensure secure tracking and compliant international customs clearance, all returns must be processed exclusively through our authorised return portal. We do not accept returns sent via independent couriers or alternative shipping labels, and Untamed Street assumes no liability for items that become delayed or abandoned at customs due to a failure to use our official return portal.
To generate your free return label (free where applicable), follow this process:
1. Initiate the return exclusively through our return portal
2. Place the product in its original packaging
3. Pack securely in a suitable box
4. Attach the return label and commercial invoice (if provided)
5. Dispatch via the instructed carrier only
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
If you receive a defective product, please contact us promptly. This does not limit your statutory rights regarding defective goods under applicable law. Where a defect is confirmed, we will provide a full refund including reasonable return costs, provided the return is dispatched in accordance with our authorised carrier instructions.
DISCOUNT CODES.
Discount codes cannot be combined and may not apply to already discounted products (such as those in the “Last pairs” section) unless otherwise stated.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.
All content on this Website, including trademarks, text, images and designs, is owned by or licensed to Untamed Street and its affiliates. You may use this content for personal, non-commercial use only.
TRADEMARKS.
Untamed Street's trademarks, including but not limited to the Untamed Street name and logo, are and remain the property of Untamed Street and its affiliates. Use without permission is prohibited.
