Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm UK time will typically be picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will typically be processed and dispatched the following business day. When your order is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you an email together with your tracking number. For special, bespoke, or made-to-order purchases, delivery timelines will be communicated to and agreed directly with the customer.
