HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
To exchange your item/s for a different size or style, or to return your order for a refund, please use this link to generate your free return label.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY.
Products in their original condition, including the original packaging, can be returned within 14 days of receipt. We recommend that you check if your shoes fit to your satisfaction on a carpeted surface before wearing them outside or on rough surfaces, as all returned goods need to be in perfect condition. Unfortunately, if the shoes have been worn outdoors or indoors on rough surfaces or are otherwise damaged, the product is not eligible for return or exchange.
Products must be returned in their original packaging, including the shoe box and dust bags. Please ensure that the shoe box is adequately protected to avoid damage in transit.
FREE RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.
Returns are FREE in certain geographies if initiated within 14 days of receipt of the product. Returns initiated after 14 days of receipt will not be accepted.
We currently offer FREE returns and FREE exchanges to more than 100 destinations, including:
(i) AMERICAS: United States, Canada, Mexico.
(ii) EUROPE: United Kingdom, European Union (all EU member states: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden), Switzerland, Norway.
(iii) MIDDLE EAST: Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman.
(iv) ASIA PACIFIC: Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan, South Korea.
FAIR USAGE POLICY (TWO FREE RETURN LIMIT).
To maintain a sustainable shopping experience, our complimentary shipping and return services are subject to a Fair Usage Policy. Free returns are restricted to a maximum of two separate orders that result in no purchase (i.e., returning all items). If a pattern of abuse is identified, specifically where a customer places three (3) consecutive orders resulting in a 100% return rate with no items kept, the complimentary or subsidised nature of our delivery and return services is revoked for that third order. Consequently, a flat 10% deduction will be applied to the total refund amount of the third consecutive return. This deduction is not a penalty; it is an upfront operational charge intended solely to recover the actual outbound shipping, inbound return shipping, and administrative processing costs incurred in these transactions.
EASY RETURNS AND EXCHANGES - OTHER COUNTRIES.
For all destinations not listed above, please email us at care@untamedstreet.com before returning your item. We offer an 'easy' return solution, but you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. We strongly recommend using our return labels. If you choose to use an alternative carrier, you are fully liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred upon delivery to our warehouse, which will be deducted from your final refund.
REFUNDS.
Refunds and exchanges may take up to 5-7 business days to process. All returned items will undergo a rigorous quality check. Once your goods are deemed to be in perfect condition, new, unused and with the original packaging, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm whether the return is eligible for the relevant refund. If our inspections confirm that the product has been returned in its original condition (including packaging), then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. We can only refund the card/payment method originally used for the purchase, and it may take up to 5-10 business days from the date of refund to appear on your statement/in your account, depending on your card/payment issuer.
DUTIES & TAXES.
Items returned in perfect condition will be refunded in full, including all applicable duties and taxes pre-paid at checkout.
