Our warehouses in the UK and EU are open Monday to Friday. UK orders are shipped by our UK warehouse: orders placed before 1pm UK time are picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. EU and international orders are mostly shipped from our EU warehouse: orders placed before 2pm CET are picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed post cut-off time are processed and dispatched the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email together with your tracking number. Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and whether you have selected standard or express shipping at checkout.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES.
Duties and taxes are pre-paid by us in all destinations listed above (UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia Pacific). This means that the price you see on our website is the final price, inclusive of free standard shipping, free returns/exchanges, and all import taxes/duties. Free standard shipping is only available on full price items.
For all other countries not listed above, duties and taxes are fully calculated and can be paid at checkout. Unlike other companies, we have a solution that allows us to refund duties and taxes in the event of a return (but only if pre-paid at checkout).
CARRIERS.
Quality and speed of delivery are of paramount importance to us, so we only use premium carriers. Specifically, we partner with DPD Premium Service on UK deliveries and DHL on all international deliveries. You will receive your tracking number with the email confirming your order.
TRANSIT TIMES.
Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, although we aim to process all orders received by 1pm GMT (UK warehouse) and 2pm CET (EU warehouse) on the same day. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email together with your tracking number and shipping details.
Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and whether you have selected standard or express shipping at checkout. From the moment you receive the shipping confirmation, typical delivery times are as follows:
