Our warehouses in the UK and EU are open Monday to Friday. UK orders are shipped by our UK warehouse: orders placed before 1pm UK time are picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. EU and international orders are mostly shipped from our EU warehouse: orders placed before 2pm CET are picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends are processed and dispatched the following business day. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email together with your tracking number. Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and whether you have selected standard or express shipping at checkout.
IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES.
Duties and taxes are pre-paid by us in all destinations listed above (UK, Europe, North America, Middle East, Asia Pacific). This means that the price you see on our website is the final price, inclusive of free standard shipping, free returns/exchanges (subject to our Fair Usage Policy), and all import taxes/duties. In the United States, all duties and taxes are pre-paid, with the exception of state sales tax, which is calculated and collected at checkout where applicable.
For all other countries not listed above, duties and taxes are fully calculated and can be paid at checkout. Unlike other companies, we have a solution that allows us to refund duties and taxes in the event of a return (but only if pre-paid at checkout).
CARRIERS.
Quality and speed of delivery are of paramount importance to us, so we only use premium carriers. Specifically, we partner with DPD Premium Service for UK deliveries and DHL Express for all international deliveries. You will receive your tracking number and carrier details with the email confirming the dispatch of your order.
TRANSIT TIMES.
Our warehouses are open Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours, although we aim to process all orders received by 1pm UK time (UK warehouse) and 2pm CET (EU warehouse) on the same day. Once your order is dispatched, we will send you an email together with your tracking number and shipping details.
Delivery times will vary, depending on your location and whether you have selected standard or express shipping at checkout. From the moment you receive the shipping confirmation, typical delivery times are as follows:

- US/Canada/Mexico: Express: 2-4 business days. Standard: 4-7 business days.
- European Union: Express: 2-4 business days. Standard: 4-7 business days.
