Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. When your order leaves our warehouse we will send you an email together with your tracking number. We ship from the United Kingdom so delivery times will vary, depending on location. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES.

Products in their original conditions and including the original packaging can be returned or exchanged within 14 days from receipt. DUTIES AND TAXES.

No duties or taxes apply to many destinations, including the UK, USA (below $800), European Union, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. For other countries (eg Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Korea, Taiwan, etc) duties and taxes are fully calculated and can be paid at checkout. Unlike other companies, we have a solution that allow us to refund duties and taxes in the event of a return.
