SHIPPING & DELIVERY.

We offer FREE standard shipping on full-price items to more than 100 destinations in the UK, Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia Pacific. Standard delivery fees apply to orders containing heavily reduced or archived items. We also absorb and pre-pay all import taxes and duties for eligible destinations. This means that the price you see on our website is the final price, inclusive of free shipping, free returns/exchanges (subject to our Fair Usage Policy), and all import taxes/duties.

CARRIERS.

Quality and speed of delivery are of paramount importance to us, so we only use premium carriers. Specifically, we partner with DPD Next Business Day Service for UK deliveries and DHL Standard & Express for all international deliveries.

Our warehouse is open Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 1pm UK time will typically be picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends will typically be processed and dispatched the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email together with your tracking number and carrier details. We ship from the United Kingdom and the European Union, so delivery times will vary depending on your location.

From dispatch, it typically takes 1 to 2 business days to receive your purchase if you are in the UK, 2-5 business days if you are in Continental Europe and North America, and up to 5-10 business days if you are in Asia, the Middle East and Oceania. The estimated transit times are detailed during the checkout process based on your specific country. For special, bespoke, or made-to-order purchases, delivery timelines will be communicated to and agreed directly with the customer.
