CARRIERS.

Quality and speed of delivery are of paramount importance to us, so we only use premium carriers. Specifically, we partner with DPD Next Business Day Service on UK deliveries and DHL Standard & Express on all international deliveries. You will receive the carrier's details, as well as your tracking number, with the email confirming your order.

Our warehouse is open from Monday to Friday. Orders placed before 12 pm UK time will be typically picked, packed and dispatched on the same day. Orders placed post cut-off time will be typically processed and dispatched the following business day. When your order leaves our warehouse, we will send you an email together with your tracking number. We ship from the United Kingdom, so delivery times will vary, depending on your location.
